"Professional Employee Development Program"
Professional employee is a person hired in his or her professional capacity and engaged in work. One very important responsibility of a supervisor or manager is to help his staffs with his professional and career development. As a manager, one of key responsibilities is to develop his staffs, encourage growth and career development of employees bytraining and helping employees to achieve their personal goals.
Supervisor or manager can do this by providing opportunities for employees to develop the knowledge, skills, abilities, tools, resources, and opportunities to be successful in their job and career.
Objectives : The program aims to introduce the supervisor to have professional capacity and engage in work, participants should be able to:
- Explain what a tools of Productivity
- Understand the importance of each Productivity’s tools by topic on5S, Kaizen and basic QC.
Target Group: New staff, officer, supervisor, engineer and operator with fewer than five years of employee experience and want the benefit of basic professional employee skills training
